severely water damage shoes I would like like to know if it would be worth the cost to have them restored to like new condition

Worth the cost is relative. Perhaps if there are a particularly special shoe, but you are probably 3-500$ to get repairs done completely assuming there is nothing majorly wrong with them .

At that price, seems you should probably just buy new, or at least slightly less damaged
