Washington Vineyard Tours?

I am headed out to Washington on business in a couple of weeks and am going to take an extra week or so to explore the state/region by car.

I would like to fit in a trip to a vineyard or two in Washington State. Does anyone have a recommendation? Extra points for ones near lodging and/or with a good restaurant on site.

Thanks in advance.

Walla Walla. Some seriously good wines, at least 20 tasting rooms on main street, many more within a ten minute drive. It is legit, legit, legit. However, it's no fun at all. It's 4 hours from Seattle (very southeast corner of the state), in a tiny town, really only one place to stay (The Marcus Whitman) that's reasonably nice (there's a Holiday inn, of course, which is fine). There are a couple decent restaurants, notably The Marc at the Marcus Whitman, and Whitehouse Crawford. Neither are exceptional by any means. It is a cute little area though, and if you're really just looking to go on a wine tour, I don't know why you wouldn't go there. There's even a passable cheese shop right off main street. If you google wineries in the area, you'll end up with more hits than you can count.

Dunham Cellars
L'ecole no.41
Ash hollow
Bergevin Lanes
Cayuse

Those are some of the better-known ones. All of them have some pretty dynamite wines, and all of them in the area have some pretty dynamite wines for some pretty dynamite prices.
Plus, it's pretty this time of year if you can stand the heat.
