How do you all know when horsebutt is Maryam vs Horween?

The stockist usually specifies, plus you can tell the difference between something veg tanned (Maryam) vs combination chrome tannage (Horween)

I'm still sad that that 310 isn't happening. I was really looking forward to it. So it's a 1035 SB on dainite with only 5 eyes..... I'm sure S&S will leak a pic before it's release again.
