I'm pretty pumped that I scored Brown CXL + Brown Waxed Flesh for $600 total ($300 each).

To clarify there were alot of nice items last time around too. Just more volume of the standard offering this time. Alot of the larger sizes were left around 2pm

Adding eyelets too much trouble for me.

So there certainly were alot there but too many gyw. Dont think it was much better if at all. I saw alot of nice things last time around as well.

This is a video I took of what was left around 6pm yesterday. Tons left, but it was leisurely and I was able to spend about 2 hours browsing, without hurry. So people were noticing things that were overlooked, like how no one had picked up on the fact that the GYW boots were Guidi calf and *AWESOME*. They sold maybe 3 of them while I was there, including mine.

Theres alot of olive calf there but most were on gyw. I was looking just for stitchdowns and they seem to go pretty fast.

Initial impression of gyw is that it is was rock solid perhaps even more so than stitchdown. What i didnt like was that it lost the feel that i like- that slight give that made it so comfortable. Ymmv of course. Im just particular as heck when it comes to the feel of footwear, kind of like handling for a car

Nut browns are so underrated. Its softer and to me has an interesting grain.

The grain on nut brown isn't as noticeable as it initially appears in pics of new pairs. Breaks in really nicely.
