Two button, tall waistband trousers - any alternatives to Pini Parma Soragnas?

Hi, I love the look of the two button extended waistband trousers that Pini Parma has in their Soragna collection. I was looking for trousers with a similar waistband and was surprised that the only alternatives that come up are $50 polyester ripoffs from places like AliExpress.

It's such a great look that I would have thought other designers would have used it - I've seen it on pants in the 70s so it's not like PP has a lock on the style. Is anyone aware of similar trousers? Getting them from PP once shipping, duties, and exchange are factored in is just that little bit beyond my price range.

I think it is fantastic that this diaper look is hard to source.
