Yes that was the last straw. I've seen some dumb crap from that guy before but that was way beyond the pale. I'm consistently amazed at how lame people can be - though occasionally amazed at how cool they can sometimes be, which is why I don't jump off a cliff.

Guys - while I fully support the decision to flush this POS down the ban sewer and fully recognize how completely out of line his behaviour was, I'm not going to be affected by a complete moron (who statistically will never even have the chance to procreate, thank G_d for the basic principles of evolution) and his half-arsed attempts at insulting babies on the internet. Had he been in front of me, I may have enjoyed bashing his head on the closest curb - but on the internetz...

Certain things are off limits, and we have to make that clear. As I said, just because we all engage in the fun here, doesn't mean our families can get dragged into things.

I actually don't mind references to my boys or digging out pictures that I posted myself when I announced their birth. I don't mind discussing my experiences with them, becoming a father or talking about my wife and family - I find that normal to be part of conversations since they're a big part of my life (i.e. I'm not as protective of my privacy as some - and probably more than others). I do mind when babies (especially mine) are called "mongoloid" and "angels of death" though, so I agree with you there - that kind of comments are off limits, and I fully support the ban.
