I don't own any of their Francomb shirts, but with their other shirts they usually have the option of tailoring sleeve length. You can check it out on the website. I don't know what your measurements are.

15.5/36 fits me in most other shirts. However, TM Lewin Francomb max out at 15.5/34.5, which I think may be too short. If their necks usually fit small (question) I may try 16/35. Do the neck sizes generally run true?

I go up half a size as well (collar) and find that after several launderings, they still shrink enough that they are a bit tight.
