Tie for wedding

Hi folks, I need your help for a summer wedding.

The groom decided on a two-piece suit from Dormeuil 881008 (attached here), 55% wool, 45% silk. Shirt will be white or ivory (60-40 Cotton-Linen), pocket square will be white linen, shoes will be some brown oxfords (medium to dark brown).

Any advice on the tie? My first thoughts were a navy, brown or olive grenadine or grenadine/shantung.

Daytime?

A grenadine would look nice. I'd stay away from the shantung to avoid its texture competing with the jacket's texture.
