  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

i've found that lately my GF has been leaning towad brown shoes and boots (with much persuasion from me) - also in part because everyone else is in black. Granted she is in her mid 20's living in manhattan in a high rise in murray hill that must be at least 70% female (i could ride the elevator there like it was a carnival ride). as a result for christmas she has asked for brown gucci boots and/or brown feragammor heels for work, and she also favors brown handbags of late - i think for much of the same reason. and that being said she is no fashionista - i def sway her shopping habits quite a bit, and her recent move to brown has put quiter a smile on my face.

Yeah, I was going to mention I see a lot of girls in brown boots but brown shoes are pretty rare. I'm enjoying the boots over skinny jeans trend.

Ah come now, j, you already revealed what you really think about such things. I bet you the girl on the right is blonde (goes better with the dress colour) and ditzy if not slutty. :p The paisley skirt on the left is actually pretty stylish although the heights of the heels and the hemline seem a little incongruent.

Say what you will, I like the way she accessorizes those shoes.

Exactly right. There is a brown woman's shoe that is both fashionable and stylish: Ferragamo's croc pump. The epitome of feminine elegance and sophistication.

Now look, fellows, there's more to women's fashion than little black dresses. For instance, the little blue dress:

I want everyone to notice the shoes she's wearing. Aren't they interesting? Because clearly that's why I've posted this image, so we can discuss her shoes.
