I'm a size 1 in Black Fleece (button downs and sweaters are the only thing that I own, but I assume I'd be a 1 in the suits/sport coats as well).

Would I be a 1 in Thom Browne as well? Or should I go up a size?

I too wear a size 1 in BBBF (though some sweater warrant a 2), but I wear a TB2 - in suits, at least. The TB1 was a bit too severe looking on me (nevermind the ridiculously slim trousers/waist), but I do need to have a TB2 suit adjusted (take in at sides, slim sleeves, lower collar).
