I'm a sucker for suede wingtips. I have some JM Westons that are my favorite shoes.

The elephant in the room here is that when you have fairy feet like Portnoy, the U last looks awesome. When you have feet the size of those pontoons the Army Corps of Engineers usee to cross the Rhine, well, not so much.

Yeah. I have the U last in 46, and while I can appreciate its beauty on a lot of levels, my Lord, it looks HUGE.

manton speaks the truth - I have the Vass monks (w/o the medallion) and the U last looks a bit too stylized and "Ferragamo-ish" on my size 11 feet. And its also a hard last to fit.

The F last, however, looks very nice.
