**** man....cows milk goat milk but you never hear about pig milk
Pig milk cheese is impossible to find for a variety of reasons. The most important reason is also the reason we don’t drink pig milk: Pigs are really, really difficult to milk. Sows can be extremely aggressive, especially when they’re lactating; they can only produce a small amount of milk at one time; and because no sow-milking machine has been invented, they must be milked by hand, which can be incredibly dangerous.

who wants to take a crap matterhorn-style
There's a guy at my local farmers' market who sells camel milk.
I've never tried it, but I've heard that it's nice. Mind you, he also sells "bath milk" - that's unpasteurised cow's milk that you can't legally sell for human consumption so instead he labels it as being used for milk baths, but then of course (wink, wink) can't help it if you decide to drink it when you get home. Apparently, some alternative health/therapy people think that pasteurising destroys milk and he sells a considerable amount of bath milk every weekend.
That's utterly horrifying - and it looks really uncomfortable, too.
