I'm looking at house listings to calm myself down. Someone has their house listed for $200k above the Zillow estimate ($250k above assessment) because they want to sell it with all the contents. The lucky buyer gets items including a meditation pyramid, Buddhist altar, old tennis rackets and golf clubs, 80s leather sectionals, and the crown jewel: "a collection of over 100 Phish concerts recorded live on clearly labeled cassette tapes."

Good luck, buddy. Talk about people way overvaluing their stuff.

And you chose to live here? I think I am beginning to understand what the issue is with your bad luck.

No, I am looking at houses for sale. This is not my house.

I had 2 near-perfect rental situations for the past 10 years before this.

And now you have karma for destroying the previous house, making your wife and friends move your **** while complaining about them on styleforum.

I was just being a good foreman ?‍♂️

I just saw an ad for "semi-permanent" tattoos that they advertise to last 1-2 weeks... I guess all temporary tattoos are semi-permanent then.
