Personal grooming is probably the best thing you can do for yourself!! If you have a beard make sure it's trimmed. Keep your hair styled. Talking that extra 15 minutes before you head out for your day makes all the difference.

Few things will improve your skin, your sleep, or calm your nerves like increasing your fiber and water intake massively so that you take monster ***** everyday. I'm talking about dropping a two-foot coiler at the start of every glorious morning. When you dump like that you are the king of the ******* world.
