I used to easily crush a 20 piece McNuggets after swim practice. Strange how those eating habits turned out to be bad for me once I stopped playing sports.

(NGL sometimes I'll do it for old time's sake when I play 3 hockey games in a day)

When I was in my late teens I decided to keep some journals like Frank Zane did. I'd eat 5-6k kCals a day and had the hints of a six pack. Neither of those are the case now. :(

Old school bodybuilder known for his symmetry and cuts. Won Mr. Olympia three times. Here he is at 72.

I've heard, ED CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG, that it is very hard to actually gain significant muscle mass.
I always like all these miracle transformations of celebs and how they gained like 30lbs of lean mass in like 6 months or whatever eating chicken, broccoli and rice. They forgot to mention the TRT or trenbolone they're taking.

The guy who trained Jason Mamoa or whatever his name is before Aquaman used to have a studio here in Atlanta. He was i think vegetarian and all natural and stuff and said it was continual exercise and yoga for like a month. Paid well at least.

Kumail Nanjiani got pretty ripped for a new role in Marvel's Eternals. He said that there was no way he would have ever been able to get into that shape without Marvel dollars buying the best training and nutrition available, along with the support for him to be able to dedicate tons of time at the gym every day. Getting ripped was basically his full-time job for months.

The results were pretty impressive, though.

EDIT: LOL too slow, I guess.

Yeah if my multi-million dollar contracts depended on that I would without a doubt give up pizza and leisure time.

Nah, that’s within the normal range IMO. No ‘roids required, unless he just wanted to cheat.

I also recall reading or hearing that Dwayne Johnson has a rider that while he's on set the films have to pay for his gym to be transferred on location. I'm not entirely sure that's unreasonable.
