I used to easily crush a 20 piece McNuggets after swim practice. Strange how those eating habits turned out to be bad for me once I stopped playing sports.

I always like all these miracle transformations of celebs and how they gained like 30lbs of lean mass in like 6 months or whatever eating chicken, broccoli and rice. The guy who trained Jason Mamoa or whatever his name is before Aquaman used to have a studio here in Atlanta. He was i think vegetarian and all natural and stuff and said it was continual exercise and yoga for like a month. Yeah if my multi-million dollar contracts depended on that I would without a doubt give up pizza and leisure time.Also they have the time to spend 8 hours in the gym every day I am sure.
