Thing is with me, I don't give a fuck about big muscles. I just want heart health. Apparently here all you guys just want to deadlift and get muscular butts. Makes sense.
I don't care about being big. I have such a slender frame even when I bulk up I still look thin which is fine with me because I was so fat for so long. But having good musculature is generally good overall for your health. Keep rowing and you're going to bulk up too.

Since my back is no good, I just keep in shape by being busy,being active, and riding bikes.

For a few years I had a photo of Lebron as my FB profile pic (he was wearing a hat). People who added me before we met or whatever legitimately thought I was Black and were always surprised.

One of the higher causes of deaths is accidents which is a lot of dumb shit but also old people falling over and never recovering. I want to be able to stand up as a old man not topple over.

I’m already starting to notice slight toning and I don’t like it. I want to look like a waif.

Yeah im not a lineman in football so there's no need for me to be able to push things off my chest. But the deadlift? Come on,man. that works virtually every muscle and picking things up is about as functional as you can get for strength training.
I've heard that those gym guys love it when you people come in wearing AirPods, and then dropping your 150lb deadlift barbell on the floor 50 times in a row...
