I got roped into having an dinner with a visiting dignitary. Thing is I did not expect to have such an dinner and so I had just eaten a big meal. But I'm not the kind of man what is going to have an dinner with a dignitary and not eat, and so I ordered a meal off the menu and ate it up. Now I am stuffed up like a bird or something to where I am surprised I still have consciousness to me.

I've had this scratchy throat for the past three days that doesn't seem to be getting any better, or worse, for that matter. I thought at first it was an onset of a cold but that doesn't seem to be the case anymoar.

Today I was walking around the Neiman Marcus store fragrance section when one of the SAs in cosmetics came up to me was like "Hey are you interested in mascara help you out with yourn lashes just bring them to point of emphasis. We have got some good sales you should check out." And I was like "what the hell be made you think I wanted to buy mascara that is a product for women customers."

No sodas or high acidic juices for me anymore. Too much beer isn't too good either. Try Quaker 1 min Oats with milk and real bee honey as first meal in the morning (I used to skip bf) and possibly last in the evening. It helped me quite a bit.
