I'm going to start off with a cardigan design...go from there. Ultimately everything I plan to make is within my scope of taste so there won't be any dramatic departures from my personal aesthetic. I'm always open to suggestions of course...

The place I was getting the hangers I was using (which were heavy duty wood ones) stopped selling them at the bulk I was getting them before (probably cuz they were losing money on such good hangars for so cheap) so....um...yea....no hangars. sorry

and I took it out the free hanger in the specs description....

Ha, I forgot about not getting my hanger. That really sucks, but how very crafty of you to remove the free hanger from the description secretly

It was pretty crafty - got me doubting my memory. When I first got my suit (which is great BTW), i was wondering about the hangar too. Could have sworn it was in the original description, but when I logged on to check again, I didn't see it. Thought I must have been crazy - at least now I know I'm not.

Yeah I don't blame you there, it's gotten you rockin this far. Just got me a stiffy (since that seems to be the description of the week) seeing Andrew's sweater and your knitwear deal on the same day. I would imagine lightweight and slim basics with deep Vs, cardigan and pullover both. Either preppy-inspired designs or solids?

Any update on the button-up shirts? I remember talk of the "perfect white dress shirt" and well, that's exactly one thing my wardrobe is lacking. Well, that and a TaT suit, but how can I wear one without a comparable shirt, right?

Cardigans first, then if that works out, v-necks. def Ivy influenced stuff

coincidentally, got an email few days ago from a fabric supplier I was interested in whose fabric, while very very nice, was higher $ than I wanted but he wrote me saying my price would actually be much lower than what he had quoted as he didnt know i was a "manufacturer"....so that's suddenly back on the table

Since you asked about the website navigation, I have to say that my only quips are:

1) Splash pages are annoying, though thank god there isn't any flash
2) Add a form for measurements so you don't have to retype that chart into an email
3) Bigger photos when you click to zoom on the showroom

Aside from that I managed to find what I was looking for, though I'm a little confused about the specs. Are those suits you have RTW for sale? or are they just for sizing purposes?

Long sleeves and body but keeping a slim fit on the cardigans and sweaters would be really cool if you could do that. I don't know if that fits with the rest of the line though.

well initially I was going to make RTWs.....but with the option of MTM no one wanted RTW, so that chart became kinda useless unless you want to see how a particular size measures out. When I do a revamp I'll probably take that part out....along with re-laying out a good chunk of the site

GS?
Quick question:

That gorgeous blue 1B suit you're wearing in the Downbeat Cafe shots ... do you offer that as well, as I can't find anything similar on the fabrics page.

OK, I'll sort my measurements out and get an order off to you for a suit in that fabric asap
