You'd be surprised how many women return compliments. Or bring gifts to return the smile given and make you feel appreciated. Because they want to be appreciated,acknowledged,and respected. Complimented, and treated well. - without being leered at, insulted, or grabbed on.
Work it out. It's an important part of being a man.

So grow up, start by getting a non sexist avatar.
Smile when interacting with women, be polite, tell 'em they look great.
Who knows, you might just have a few more in your life. And they are rewarding to be around. Behave like a man? They might even find you rewarding to be around. And that's a good thing.
