Stroll across the field. Just about cool enough for tweed & corduroy, but still a bit warm...

I recall that once you've suggested to me to get head tattoos. That's slightly more extravagant than a mullet hawk ain't it?

That (hoodie) would be way cooler with dunks instead of boots and a t-shirt or two instead of the shirt

Nah looks fine.

Sure it looks "fine", spope always looks cool, but it's imo not as good as any of these:

and because of that I don't see why he should settle with "fine" when he has the wardrobe for extraordinary stuff.

Then ofcourse maybe I'm completely wrong and the boots look far better than dunks would (though I highly doubt it since the hoodie is very scab-esque and those pieces almost always look best with some dbss/ricks and t-shirt), but I still thinks it's worth a try in the case that it would be (even) cooler

Actually in general I feel like there's way less discussion, critique and feedback about outfits then a year ago, especially about posters who regularly get +50 thumbs on their outfits. There are some comments here and there about a different colored item or a size up or down, but they certainly aren't many. Obviously long-time posters don't need as much feedback or critique as new member, but I think this thread will be more fun and educational for literally everyone if the "+50"-posters got more critique or suggestions on how to change or improve things.

Or maybe I was just much more new to everything a year ago and so there was more information to pick up and things to learn from every post by experienced and well-dressed members, and now that I've been here a while I subconsciously filter out all that text.

KoY, I don't think I'd like S poop's fit as much with dunks, but that's just me. Throwing in a pair of dunks here would be like leaning a little too hard on the hyper drive, or going plaid when really you only should go at ludicrous speed.

As for the SF discussion aspect, that has come up before in the past two or three years. To be honest, I don't think there's ever been an established pattern of serious discussion—we've always had random spurts of excellent fits and random spurts of excellent conversation. Sometimes those things coincide very nicely, but that's not always the case. (Remember the pages-long conversations about caseyfud fits when he was just starting out?) And besides that, I don't really feel compelled to "discuss" great fits. I just don't enjoy suggesting miniscule changes to something that I already like well enough.

Though I don't think know or care if there's actually a problem with sf at the moment, I do wonder what the rate of membership growth is. I don't know if the data is readily available, but I get the feeling that a lot of established sf users have been posting way, way less in the past two years and not enough newbies have signed up to fill in for them. Right now only a small collection of new members posts fits regularly. And one of those members is Hirsh.

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
