this post has more bullshit than any I've ever seen, and I've read posts about Conne **********.
You might be able to get away with it if you look a bit more rough and tumble/rugged, but just look at kix. The guy wears all this collab workwear ****, smokes, tries wayyyy too hard to look authentic, when he's better off wearing hypebeast stuff, it just fits his age. The guy simply does not look like he should be wearing workwear.
I honestly don't, because he physically fits the part. Just the background too. His lifestyle, his house, even what he teaches at university, it all fits in. I think it does help that he is a little older, because that's the whole workwear divide. Anyone under (say...25?) who is wearing that stuff looks like a tool, because it doesn't fit with their lifestyle. They're just some kid trying to look like an old man.Originally Posted by Suicmez
