Pepsi for sure. And whatever you do, get a real GMT tool watch with drilled lugs. None of this fancy luxury Rolex BS!
Oh…so you mean something like this:

Oppenheimer was ponderous Oscar-bait. Barbie was just bad. The best movie I saw in the past year was American Fiction, a hilarious and touching satire/family drama. It is the only one of the three that I would gladly watch again.

Need to watch that. I loved The Holdovers from the last Oscar group.

Went to local AD today (DC suburbs) to see if I could get a look at the white dial speedy. Manager said they had “already allocated the first 15 and it would be over a year before one is in the case”. I guess at least he was blunt

The red-headed stepchild of the Rolex collection, unjustly ignored for too long. And, I don't know why, great case, substantial bracelet and an amazing movement - first Rolex movement with Geneva Stripes, all metal construction and the only quartz watch of its era to use a jewelled escapement, rather than a stepping motor.
Its close relative the Oysterquartz Day-Date is on my wrist as I type.

Agree on under appreciated, particularly as it was a Rolex take on the integrated bracelet roughly contemporaneous with the Royal Oak and Nautilus. I find it a very attractive "different" Rolex design, one that works better in gold & stainless than many other watches do. The major problem doubtless the Q word.

Here's a deeper dive: https://goldammer.me/blogs/articles... Datejust was the,Rolex terms: very very rare.
