Copped a BB GF blazer for $249 at the outlet from their samples rack. Just need to lengthen the sleeves and sewn buttons and that's it.

Does anyone carry Boglioli in Toronto? I'm looking for a casual, summery blazer.

I think you got the only GF there. However, there is a Black Fleece made in italy camel trenchcoat in size BB1. Which is a 34 or really slim 36 for $250

Unbeknownst to me a friend in the USA sent me a low value gift (40$) and declared it as such. FedEx dropped it off in March (literally just left it on the ground, no signature) and yesterday I find a invoice in my mail asking for $17.46 for "Clearance Entry Fee" and taxes on that fee. To be clear there was no HST or Duties due on this package and Fedex did not pay a dollar to the CBSA.

Obviously I called in and complained.

The lady said:
When the sender said taxes and duties are the receivers responsibility it automatically implies that a brokerage fee will be assessed to the receiver. I told her you can't add meaning to the word taxes and duties. There was no tax or duty on this Gift so I'm not responsible for anything.
According to her I'm on the hook for this and they will send it to collections. (WTF) I never requested this package or service from them. I was not given an opportunity to refuse delivery or to brokerage my own package
This is where it got interesting and she told me Fedex actually hasn't submitted the paperwork yet and I can still brokerage my own package. How can you bill me for a service you didn't even provide? How is it legal that I have my package already for 2 months and nothing has been filed with the CBSA?

This company is so deceitful and shady. Every other company informs you of fees upon delivery so you can make an educated decision at that time. There has to be laws out there to protect people from this type of behavior.

I'm just going to broker my own package as I work next to the airport but is this legal by Fedex? The money is meaningless to me but I'm quite upset about this and am thinking about launching a complaint to the BBB. Their customer service people were grumpy and rude as well. Stay away from this company if you have any choice.

That's terrible. Hope you can get it cancelled.
