I just saw a great Avengers episode about robots ("Never, Never Say Die"). The villain is Christopher Lee, 40 years younger.
I'm always a sucker for the evil duplicate gimmick. The toy boat scene is amusing too.
I'm glad to see your box set is contributing to an uptick in the number of Avengers-related posts on SF.
Lets not forget all three of The Avengers "Cybernaut" episodes!
