Lustau sherry is always a winner-- very nice saline, soy sauce profile with just enough acid to brighten up cured meat pairings. We had just purchased the quarter leg of the Surryano S Wallace Edwards aged ham.

D.V....winner winner, probably not a chicken dinner.

Although my recent lack of love for Napa cabs still keeps me away...Dalle Valle brings great memories of great product! Maybe it'll help me turn the page and think about what it would be like to think about rekindling the romance.

We recently returned from Northern Italy where we were introduced to Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a dry, mineral white wine that we found was considered one of the finest varieties in Tuscany. I love it's greater complexity compared to the Sauvignon Blancs we normally enjoy (from France and the US). If you are looking for a new, quality white Italian wine, I highly recommend it.

Super excited to try Bindi, just heard about it on I’ll Drink to That. First time seeing Batterieberg in the state.
