1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

That's pretty normal for a knit tie. I'd say about half of mine do that.

+! That's the part that runs under your collar. It's thinner so you don't get collar bulge (if that's an actual thing). :)

I always figured it was to prevent an enormous, Prince Michael of Kent caliber knot.

But it would also prevent collar bulge.

It's actually too skinny for me...Size 32. I would like to trade it with a sick ass crew neck sweater shirt from a reputable make. You got?

    This is sooooo sick!

Slowly getting back into thrifting. Today was focussed on vintage and deadstock.

Sinatra and Holiday. Covers are a little battered but discs are in very good condition.

Deadstock suspender and sock garter set.

Deadstock clip-on bow tie and another set of sock garters.

Two gentleman's travel/shaving kits. The one on the right is really interesting, with it's deco accents. Need to do more research/thinking in order to date it.

Vintage bow ties. Made in England.

Older Edwin. Not too great IMO. The Edwin you are looking for is Vintage line, SEN (5 star), and Overworks Factory with leather patches. Edwin is a dime and a dozen so I would pass...

@SpooPoker , is that gap or j crew selvedge denim? I think I recognize the 'slim straight' label.

Hit 2 stores today, didn't really find anything worth it. 3 pairs of AE's all with some sort of damage or too much wear to kop. Did find a TM lewin shirt in my size with a tiny stain I think I can take out. Meh.
