Agreed.
I didn't know Agyesh and the co-founder of 11.11 / eleven eleven were romantic partners. Make perfect sense given their collaboration and I think that's really cool.
Yea I was quite amused too. I first learned it chitchatting with Antonio Ciongoli when the 11.11 x Stoffa first dropped, but didn't feel like it would be fair to broadcast it on a public forum. Seems pretty great to have a partner who has a similar ethos at work.

I picked up my trousers today - washable taupe basketweave cotton. I really dig them. They aren't as formal or as plain as standard dress trousers, but are still sharper than chinos. The fit is tapered, but not snug. I may pick up another pair down the road in white, since they are washable.

Was the size chart accurate?
Also, I'm looking at these single pleat taupe basketweave but they are dry clean only. Is there a washable version I'm missing?

The washable ones are the self belt boxpleat model.

I don't know about the size chart, the trousers were MTM.

They have both washable and nonwashable trousers in the basketweave fabric. You can decide on having the self belt or not, and type of pleats (or none at all), if you go MTM.

The model I got is also available RTW in their online store.

Once you get measured in person once, you can then order MTM trousers online.

Anyone knows if Stoffa plan to bring back rollable hats? I am new to this brand so missed out on the hats, sadly

I see the website notes that items in the current collection will be available to order until october 16 - does that mean that a new collection drops at that time? How many collections do they drop per year?

When they last ran they said it was the last chance for the foreseeable future. They might have some odd stock left, shoot them an email :)

This is the first year they do seasons but it looks like there will be 4 drops per year. So far the new drops have arrived a few days to a week after the last goes.

I wish I had a clue what was coming. I have a store credit I want to use, and I like the washable trousers, but I'm wondering what's in the next collection. I pair of washable cord trousers would be great, but I like the washable basketweave cotton they have in the current collection too.

Looking back at the past three seasons, they’ve added a washable version of all their fabrics except the natural wool. So if I had to guess, washable cords (dare I even guess flannels ) aren’t unlikely. But there’s no way of knowing.

I have an appointment for a flight jacket on Saturday, crowd sourcing thoughts on colors. I already have a lighter brown suede jacket so was leaning towards anthracite or mid grey suede. Any thoughts?

i went in for a suede jacket in anthracite and ended up walking out with a commission for a jacket in navy, the anthracite is beautiful and has a nice range of color from light to dark in different lights but I ended up going for the navy as it was very inky and dark and seemed in this way a little easier to work into my rotation (FWIW i felt that the lighter colors make more of a statement, especially in the asymmetric jacket)
