Not yet. I just got them on Yesterday actually. They arrived Tuesday but I didn't make it to UPS before they closed until Yesterday.

Picked these Swims up yesterday at the Orvis outlet. Posting here to share some sizing info as swims are the very best galoshes available. I wear a Barrie 10 or 10.5 D. The Swims pictured are 2XL and fit over my 10.5 LWBs just right. Any shoe larger would be a struggle. I can also get these over my 10D SWB boots with commando soles and tankers on commando. I also have the Swims mobster boot in a 1XL and can't get them on a 10D with commando soles.

There is a lot about Alden to like and dislike IMO. If you can get a retailer who does makeups with them talking, it's pretty eye opening. it is what it is, we all enjoy the end products but they sure as hell don't make it easy.

I feel like we have similar sized feet. My Barrie shoes fit a bit snug in a 7.5D and I went with the same size for my Van loafers in cordovan and suede to wear sockless or with thin sock liners. The van fits pretty snug across the strap and I am curious now what a size 8D would feel like.

I have tongue pads in both my CXL OSB loafers and my Lindrick boots and they work great on both applications. They are really great for my loafers as they seem to have stretched out a bit over time and do seem to help in keeping my heel back.

I think we do! I was waiting for you to post your Whiskey LHS in the buy & sell, but now that I know they're 7.5D I'm going to have to look elsewhere, haha.

In my experience, going up a half size in the LHS doesn't impact the tightness of the strap much. The heel is where I feel the difference the most.
