Great deal here on a pair of black shortwings size 10 Leydon. Not the most versatile, but you're getting ripped off if you don't buy them at this price. The seller is David from DC Lewis shoes. He's on here as "distinctive". Maybe you could PM him and get them for even less since he won't have to pay eBay fees.

How does the alden fit
Compare to the wolverines 1000 mile and iron rangers ?
I am an8 in both ,after the wolverines maybe I would get mine selve a pair of alden
The round toe ones look terrific ,actually all look terrific :0 !

I have been tempted by the dude selling the Color 4 one piece shell belt in the marketplace, but since I don't have the right pair of Aldens to go with it, I have hesitated.

I am a 8.5 in wolverine 1k Courtland and also wear a 8.5 in Alden Barrie and Trubalance lasts. If you can get to a store to try on the Aldens that the best option to dial in the right size for the shoe in the last you want
