Sweet! (I tried Rogue Territory; awesome denim, not cut quite right for me, SKs)

Try the Stanton but size down 2" ... Worked for me. His numbers seem to be way off

Ugh... Your conservation boots are my size. Must... Not... Spend...

Isn't that Plaza?

Or is it Grant from DC?

Either way, (as i'm sure you know) they should be a challenge to find.

nephew

I'm guessing those Cigar cap toe boots on the Plaza were a special order for Mac back when Alden used to do such things. Something like that seems like it would be nearly impossible to find, unless a big retailer decides to commission a full run for their store. It's a shame, because it's such an amazing makeup.

My humble Memorial Day Alden collection photo...

Tassels: Cigar, Color 8, BB Mocha Kid Sude
Balmorals: Cigar Strait Tip (Citishoes), Color 8 Punch Cap, Black Punch Cap
LHS: Cigar, Color 8, Black BB Unlined

(Implementing 'The Method' on each pair would have entailed over 90 min of brushing, so I simply wiped them down with a damp paper towel.)

I will be interested to see what biases everyone has in their collections. I know RTP has a heavy weighting on the LWBs. Hopefully we have a good turn out.

Excellent family Bakes! I have diversified some since my last family pic. Will try to post sometime tomorrow. Still need to brush and need some dry weather for an outdoor portrait. BTW, do you prefer the Alden stock version of the tassels over the BB version with the foxing/stitch pattern behind the heel? Take care my friend...
