@andiandi have you given them a good wipedown with a warm damp rag then a lot of brushing? I would start there for a few treatments before moving on to some bick 4 then more brushing then to reno - i would also space it out over several days to a week

I agree with that - take the slow approach. There is so much nice going on there that you don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water.

Anyone here ever had any luck stretching shell shoes? I'm coming to the conclusion that my whiskey shortwings may be half a size too short or narrow.

I've had little to no success but others may have. I tried my hardest to stretch a pair of trickers that I loved but in the end I had to sell them.....
