Has anyone had the Leffot reverse tobacco chamois LWBs converted from hidden to brass eyelets? Thinking about giving it a try but hoping maybe someone has it done and has pics of how it came out. Who's doing eyelet conversions these days?

I have an email pending with BNelson asking to have brass eyelets installed (and speed hooks converted) on my AF53s. I'll report back when I hear something.

Color 8 Atom in TruFlare didn't caught my eye but this is marvellous.

These are on Tremont -- I believe the original "Atom" design was on TruFlare but when Leffot brought it back, they did so on Tremont. They've made this shoe over the years in shell (Color 8, Color 4, and Cigar) and in calf (burnished tan).

Time for a little maintenance of the black shell LWB. I feel like I am finally getting the hang of getting an acceptable (to me) shine. I am fighting the urge to get a black shell cap toe balmoral. I have that model in calf and I keep telling myself that I really don't need it, but I feel I do. Time will tell who wins that argument.

The devil won the argument :decisions:and I ordered the black shell cap toe balmoral. "Life is short; wear good shoes."

Does anyone have fit pics of these 5-eyelet handsewn blucher mocs in Color 8 or another similar color? I can't tell if they're super clunky/not a good fit with my style or if they're super versatile and would look good with jeans, chinos, and maybe shorts. I'm 35, 6'2", 215lbs, tend to wear slim chinos in khaki/olive/grey/stone, denim in all shades of indigo, and a lot of shorts. I'd describe my style as definitely on the classic end of things but not trad in a particular sense.

Very hard to find pics of these shoes, they must have been a limited run. I have some similar pics of the Ranger moc which has 4 eyelets but the same handsewn moc toe and also in color 8. The version I'm looking at has the antique edge trim.

More pics below and would appreciate any feedback.

The antique edge shoe is essentially a ranger moc with an additionally eyelet. Both on on the Van last. IMO it's a pretty casual shoe, but wouldn't call 'clunky' given the last it's on.
