Years ago, we had a good thread going on how to identify exotic hides. Picture links have died, members have moved on, etc. but the need for info remains! Feel free to add and let's post our goodies. Here are a few to get us started:

I think the one you marked walrus is whale.

It's definitely walrus; it looks different from "beefier" walrus because of the hair follicles; my guess is they used a different part of the hide than traditional walrus pieces.
