I just have to add in some beautiful vintage American iron. I think the 1963 Stingray can hang with any Italian designs of the time.

I don't think Pininferina had anything to do with the Gullwing, am I wrong?

Will you guys please keep the 'vettes and the Benzes out of my Ferrari thread?

I do, however, approve of the P1800 and the vintage Ferraris esp. in unusual colors. I'm glad someone's been able to check out McQueen's Lusso in person. I think I'll try to make it to the Monterey Concours this summer and see it for myself.

Wow, there are some beautiful cars in this thread. I have to say, though, the chestnut brown of the McQueen car is amazing; my new unattainable goal in life is to have a pair of Edward Greens and a 250 Europa in the same color.

Also, I kind of hate Chad McQueen. Not that I was happy when he was injured, but he seems like a tool.

Even better, awd with a turbocharger and return to WRC (yes I can fantasize)

Back to those Ferrari, that sort of aubergine Daytona is very interesting.

So it is basically the 480 all over again?
