I work out every other day. On days that I go to the gym, I have a creatine shake in the morning and right after I work out. On my off days, I just have one creatine shake in the morning.

My diet has consisted of a lot of protein. I have eggs every morning for breakfast and chicken breasts throughout the day.

I'm envious - I'd love to gain 6 lbs in 2-weeks.

Jesus is that what that was? I started working out about two months ago, the first two weeks I shot up 6 or 7 pounds, I thought it was just because I was eating more. Creatine makes sense. I've since dropped that weight, and then some with diet and cardio

You need to drink 1-2 gallons aof water today. Creatine can put on water weight, by keeping yourself hydrated you can partially prevent this occurence.

Do you understand how counterintuititve that statement is?

Esterized creatine won't cause you to have as much water retention but you should certainly drink a lot of water while taking creatine.

What kind of creatine are you taking? If it's CEE, then either good job on the progress or you are putting on fat..
