This is literally my go-to shoe for anything now. The leather color and sole type make it good for almost any occasion. Even in this Michigan weather, it handles most conditions well. Loving them and glad we committed to it.

Me too. It dresses up and down so well. Can't wait for its oxblood brother!

[CONTENTEMBED=/t/381983/the-allen-edmonds-mto-thread/6030#post_7625948 layout=inline] [/CONTENTEMBED] sporting the Shakers today.....
Were you the one who got these with the herringbone going in a perpendicular direction on one of the sides?
Yes I ended up not wearing them initially then another pair popped up so I swapped them...sorry on phone so couldn't spoil.

Guess you mean those Bleekers? Not from the normal guy either. Maybe he got his own 2nds and flipping them?

Walnut shell? I thought there wasn't any left, how did one come about getting a pair made?

Most of them except the bleeker streets are on the SF marketplace, too. The Park Ave looks like natural and not walnut.

The natural Dalton I saw in store this week looked exactly like the walnut shell Daltons I had. It depends on the shade of the natural. Obviously walnut shell was long gone before the Bleekers came about.

Hoping they do another round.

Were your Townleys the GMTO I assume?

@csmitty, the original posted photo didn't show eyelets really:

This one shows more clearly.

The Townley was not a part of the GMTO; it's more the result of some of my recent poor luck with purchases.

Spring is coming. Who's up for a unlined light suede or buck? Or should I just pull the trigger on a pair of tan Neumoks? With all the creativity of the members here, maybe someone can come up with something.

Happy Sunday all.
