Why don't you get something specially made for her like a couture dress or something like that?
Or an artwork that she likes? Painting or a sculpture?
If she is into jewelry I cant help you because I have absolutely no understanding of the female taste in this area.

The OP asked for present suggestions for him, not for her.

And FWIW, a haute couture dress will run into the tens of thousands, and will be worn infrequently at best.

A 2000 1er Cru which you can open for your 20th anniversary, (or 30th, 50th, etc...)

Sherry-Lehmann still has the 2000 Latour.

There's no watch that could change your mind? Not even that Sun-Moon Reverso you like?

If I were you, I think I'd stay away from suits or shoes for this sort of thing. You already have so many, so these would just fall into the fold. I'd pick something you've always wanted but would never reasonably buy for yourself because of expense or utility concerns. In my case, that would be something like a Leica MP, a fancy humidor, or a nice shotgun (plus lessons). For you, I'm sure it would be something else--but that's the general concept I'd follow.

Matt, take her to Venice and go to Buccellati and buy her a ring. Their designs are unique and timeless. You can't loose.

There are lots of variations on this theme - Hong Kong/Far East for pearls, Florence for the Ponte Vecciho (sp).

Vintage Hermes makes good Valentine's day presents but isn't enough for a 10th.

Watches are only appropriate for commercial anniversaries (like a new job or ten years at one) and graduations, counting or measuring time has no relation to love. I suppose watches work for christmas and birthdays, but not anniversaries IMO.

Have fun, I'm looking at a 20th next year and am thinking.

Bespoke shoes? I'm not sure where you can find them in the Bay area, though.

I could just see you strolling along with a half-cocked Purdey under each arm...

well, traditionally the 10th anniversary is the "tin" or "aluminum" anniversary, yes? so in the aluminum family, how about this:
