Also, this is not the boss's daughter...if you two really hit it off, I am sure you will be able to see her again and your boss won't care. Just take it easy when you are being her new-town tour guide (there is a big difference between a girl saying "I'm new in town, wanna show me around" and someone else arranging for an appropriate aged person to show them around)

I'd do it for sure. Deffinatly stay with the "hope her friends are hot" plan and go with that if they are. You said she seems easy and birds of feather, ya know.

Ignore most of the advice here.

Be a perfect gentleman. Take the group to a nice restaurant and maybe a club afterward. Choose places that might not be known by out-of-towners. Avoid the kinds of places that advertise in those bound restaurant guides in hotel rooms.

Show her a nice time, and then leave when it seems appropriate.

Do not hit on her, or her friends.

She will tell her cousin how charming you are, and your boss will think that you are a bright, mature young man who treats women respectfully.

That will bring you more success at work than anything else you do.
