1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

so it looks like all of miran's posts have been deleted from this thread; you'd think they could give it a rest for once, at least in this case seeing as he's actually participating in this. [IMG]

So here's a shot of all the stuff YoungM sent me! [IMG]
The only thing that's a little bit of a bummer is that I'm an XL and the SNS Herning sweater is a large so it's skin tight right now. I guess that's just incentive to lose a little bit of weight! Again, thanks man!

Glad you liked it all! I was having trouble finding info about you except that you liked Momotaro, Nikes, Aldens, and the sale thread (which is why I packed everything in coupon fliers)

Sadly Nikes and Alden was a little harder to work with so I just threw in some shit I like haha. enjoy the coloring book and conceptual 4est pencils.

I don't even remember what that green book is - is it like pictures of people waiting in lines? I don't even know what I was thinking there

I love that you included Momofuku cookies!!!!

The one I sent is yet to arrive and the one sent to me is also lost in the land of the post office. International postage sucks :(

yeah, on that note I haven't received anything or any kind of notification that it will be late. Not sure if it's been sent out or not but I figured I might as well mention it.

Weird, I never got a notice that I know of. Can you PM me the tracking number and I can try to use that as a slip?

    Thanks!

Got my package from thatguymj (after a little snafu from the post office) and WOW, it's really fantastic. A big thank you for such a great box.

First off, some small treats, including some sweets from Preston's in SF (looks like the chocolate covered fortune cookie go smashed  but it will still taste good). The HMxMM magnets are a nice touch for sure, but the Cliff House paperweight is my fave. Also, the mini Visvm key chain means I now officially own a Visvm product.

A couple back issues of Art International, which I will def enjoy

A Wings + Horns henley in my favorite color, indigo/navy. I've never thought I look that great in henleys but this one will inspire me to work it into a layering fit.

And last but most bestest: A Band of Outsiders cookie cutter set. This is pretty great since my wife went to culinary school and when it comes to baking, she does not fuck around. My cookies will be so Wes Anderson you won't be able to stand it.

This was a really thoughtful (and generous) box, and totally epitomizes the spirit of the swap. Thanks again to the organizers and all the participants.
