Suit pants with relaxed, harem-like fit

Gentlemen, I am looking for help. Since days I am browsing online shops
for suit trousers with a more relaxed, harem-like fit, but without luck. Most are either
low-quality or too casual. Has anybody some hints where I could look for?

Pants in this style can still be sourced from discriminating couturiers. Two decades on they remain just as fetching as they were in their heyday.
