To clean you need a suede brush, I have one with an eraser on one side, that will get a lot of nicks off the suede. There are a few videos on care available on youtube as well.


I'd like to add that a white eraser works extremely well for cleaning suede.
Staedtler makes an excellent white eraser. You can find them at Office Depot in 4 Paks for $3

what do you think of the "stubby" last? a neutral edge trim á la Maftei would be great.

i dont mind the last, i have seen the last IRL as we do have weston shoes here in HK 2-3 stores IIRC

as you should know i am in favor of both super shaprp sleak lasts as i am the more chunky **** kickers, as some styles are not all suited for certain lasts or i have a preconceived idea as to design, color, leather and last shape for certain pairs
