Streaking on Allen Edmonds dress shoe

So I'm cheap. I can acknowledge that. I bought this pair of Allen Edmonds Kenilworths used on ebay for a very reasonable price. Part of the reason is obvious in the photo below. On the right shoe there are linear streaks running across the vamp and onto the toe as well as on the tongue. I'm well up to put some time and effort and experimentation into getting these shoes looking decent, because they fit well and they're in really great physical shape other than the discoloration.

Any advice you all have on how I can get rid of this streaking would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to strip the color from the shoes (if that is really a thing?) and/or darken them if that's what it takes to get these annoying streaks taken care of.

Looks like it's a natural characteristic of the leather. Cobblers have told me that similar steaks are ***** deposits and can not be removed.
Either way, I suggest you accept the leather for what it naturally is, and learn to love the shoes.

That’s character inherent in the leather. I have a pair of Bellevue boots like that. It doesn’t bother me on a casual boot. It would bother me on a dress shoe.

Yeah, it bothers me too. Maybe I will just try and strip off the old color and redye it a dark oxblood type color. I'll probably mess it up (never done anything like that before), but it will be a learning experience. I think I only paid $40 for them with shipping in any case.
