I’m using it as a butter substitute for cooking.@Texasmade has been blowing me up about scoring some wagyu *****, so I found some for him and wanted to share the *****. Kong is sire only fortunately.
I just bought a jar of chili crisp and been adding it to my avocado toastTypically I make a butter and rosemary sauce for them and add some S&P. I might use some chili crunch, but that might not pair as well with steak.

My 77 year old stepdad always said that motor oil was the go to for that grease lock. But it had to be Castrol racing oil, they weren’t savages.Tallow is better for that. Save the bull ***** for hair gel.

Wet aged or dry aged?TBF, I think this threak would have been considered "ruined" in the 2011 SF-era, and "spoiled" in 2015 SF-era. In the present day and age, it's considered "aged."

Taken today while grocery shopping at HEB. I didn’t realize there would be a huge spread between ribeye and NY strip. I usually see the prices pretty close to each other.
