Stains on shoes

Got caught in the NYC downpour yesterday and now there's a white residue dried on my Grensons. I'm guessing it's a salt stain. I have some Allen Edmonds shoe cleaner/conditioner but it won't get it completely off.

Where can I get the proper product in midtown Manhattan?

Dilute vinegar and water. A rag. And I hope you didnt coat your shoes with shoe conditioner already. The vinegar and water work wonders.
