specific requirement in Milan

I am interviewing several people for a job next week in Milan, I will be staying near the train station. I need a few recomendations of good (say, the equivilent of a steakhouse) places in the downtown or near the train station, that will not be too dark or too loud, but will have good food. urgent. thanks

i'm interviewing people in several cities in Europe - fo rinstance, I had 3 good candidates from Milan and the area, and 4 from Athens, several from Spain that I am asking to come to one city, a few from prague. the odd men out I am asking to come to one of the cities, and paying their airfare in.
