My brother is in need of a black bow tie and vest for his dinner suit and I was wondering if anyone had any good sources online which might be able to satisfy his need. His jacket has satin faced lapels so a satin bow tie would be better than grosgrain. Thanks.

Too many people wear the butterfly, in my opinion. I alternate a classic straight tie with the paddle. The latter was favored by the late Duke of Windsor and its height should complement your face as well.
