Hi, Mr. Johngreen.
As you can see, it's an RTW suit for IT 46, not an MTM one.
But I think it's closer to US 38 than US 36 so left the detailed measurements for consideration.

sure about shoulder measurement, I know Sciamat is known to have extended shoulder, though 18.1in does seem a bit wide for IT46

I agree with that Sciamat is known to have extended shoulder and the detail 'manica camicia'.
So I've re-checked the measurement of shoulder and revised it to 17.5 inches.
