slim sweatpants

i'm looking to pick up good quality slim sweatpants i can wear casually/even dress up a bit

any suggestions? price range up to ~$100 if quality is good enough to last.


currently have the basic zara ones which fit nicely (http://www.zara.com/us/en/man/trousers/plain-circular-trousers-c269234p1325300.html), but doesn't seem like they're going to hold up

bought some from uniqlo as well which are good quality but aren't quite fitted enough (might be an inseam problem - i'm a 29x30)

the nike tech pack sweats look like they fit well but don't seem suitable for casual wear.
