I don't know how to post pictures to the Internet, so I'll describe mine. Mine are made by Hemrajani and I do my fittings and fabric selection in person, not through their website. The sleeves fit nicely. They are the right length, and I chose a two button cuff. No pleats on the back, which makes ironing easier. Standard spread collar.

We really ought to have a definitive guide to slim fit shirts around here somewhere. I bet we could dedicate at least 1,668 posts to the topic.
