Not sure if anyone else has received their pair, thus I decided to share since these beauties have not been shared yet.

I was very lukewarm in participating, but I've been shamelessly watching Friday Night Lights; for those not in the States, it's pretty much a network soap opera show about high school American football in the middle of nowhere in Central Texas. I digress, but they wear a lot of western aesthetic boots, and I began warming up to this GMTO even more. I was actually excited for their arrival.

Great execution! I was worried about the fit, but no problems there, although I did request the ball to be feathered along with heavy fudging and the edges not to be trimmed too close. The shade of snuff is great, I like the color a lot, and it's darker than what I'm used to from Alden.
Great service from Skoak and a pleasure communicating with Erik! Thank you very much, Erik!

Thank you!
Lol I didn’t realize it was a real place, but for some reason I was under the impression they were near Austin, and assumed it was Central Texas. Geography isn’t my forte. Regardless, I see there’s another FNL viewer other than myself on this forum lol

@ErikDg Skoak x EB absolutely knocked these Kudu Side Zips out of the park. Absolutely love the 062 last for these and super glad I decided to feather the ball for a little extra width here. Already thinking about another side zip, maybe on a rounder or workwear inspired last.

Thank you guys for your kind words and I always enjoy your personal photos from all over the world! This was a quite unusual project and it came out really cool. This elongated zip is becoming popular=)
